We are proud to be able to offer the Warm Home Discount scheme to help households who may be struggling to pay their energy bills during the winter. You get a one-off payment of £140 off your energy bills between the months of October and March*.

Are you eligible for the Warm Home Discount?

*You will qualify for the discount with RAM Energy if on 5th July 2020 all of the following applied:

  • your energy was supplied by us on this date
  • your name (or your partner’s) was on the bill
  • you were getting the Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit (even if you get Savings Credit as well) If you meet the criteria for the Warm Home Discount rebate under the Core Group, you will receive a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions letting you know that you qualify.

I’m not a RAM Energy customer, how do I get the Warm Home Discount?

If eligible, all you need to do to receive the Warm Home Discount is to switch to RAM Energy before 15th June 2020.

How do I switch to RAM Energy?

Switching to RAM energy is easy, you can switch online in a matter of minutes. All you need to do is simply type in your postcode, fill out a few questions about your energy usage and choose the best energy tariff for you.
